Reserved for an order
An order line can be priced from the shelf and reserved, and the quotation shows it as in stock. A lost order releases the stock again.
Receive against purchase orders
Goods received against a purchase order go onto the shelf, line by line.
Issue and return stock
A delivery note issues what it hands over, and cancelling it puts the goods back; otherwise the invoice issues what it bills. A credit note takes a return back into stock.
Transfers and stock-takes
Move stock between warehouses and count it, with any difference posted.
Stock available to AI lookups
The assistant and the voice agent see your own stock when they look a part up.
