What this notice covers

This notice covers this website and its contact form. Data stored by customers in Terramine Desk is governed by their contract with us.

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, company, work email, an optional phone or WhatsApp number, the type of request and a message. It opens a draft in your email app for you to review and send. The form does not submit or store those details on this website.

Why we collect it

To answer you, to arrange the pilot, demo or call you asked for, and to follow up about it. You are not added to a mailing list, and we do not sell your details or pass them on for anyone's marketing.

Who sees it

Requests you send are received by the Terramine Desk sales team in our sales mailbox and recorded in our own Terramine Desk. Our email provider and Amazon Web Services process this information on our behalf.

How long we keep it

For twelve months after our last contact with you; then it is deleted. If you become a customer, our contract with you takes over.

Your choices

You can ask us, at sales@terramine.ae, for a copy of what we hold about you, or to correct it, delete it or stop contacting you. We reply within thirty days. If you think we have mishandled your details, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

This website

This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising tags today. The interactive demo keeps your changes in your own browser only. If that changes, this notice will say so first, and visitors from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland will be asked before anything is set.

Changes

When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. The English text prevails over any translation.
