Terramine Heavy Equipment Trading sells original, OEM and aftermarket parts for Liebherr, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo CE and other construction and mining machines, to fleets across the Gulf and worldwide. The people behind it have worked in the heavy-equipment aftermarket since 2014.
The engineering behind Terramine Desk comes from fifteen years of building and running large cloud and AI platforms. Terramine Desk is built and run to the same standard: tested, monitored and backed up.
Our trading business needed one workflow for answering customers, finding parts and requesting supplier quotations. We also needed to capture enquiries outside office hours and across customer languages.
We built Terramine Desk around those needs and use it in our own trading business. Daily calls, RFQs and supplier responses continue to guide product development. The website catalogue focuses on implemented capabilities and labels beta features.
